I hate to say it but this fits. The shape of the stock Altima headlight s is apparently similar enough to the GT-R to make it work. Maybe (benefit of the doubt) it was in a front end collision and the front bumper was damaged but not destroyed so this was the result? Unfortunately for that theory, this appears to be an off-the-shelf aftermarket unit. Still gunning for the front end collision theory since this one has clearly been in a few since this bumper was installed...
